Plan together
Shared wishlist — manage together, share once
Some occasions you don't plan alone: the wedding, the baby essentials or the flat party. With co-managers you curate one list together and still share just a single link with your guests.
- Manage with several people — invited per list
- Add and order wishes together
- Co-managers see reservations, the recipient doesn't

When a shared list pays off
For couples
Wedding, moving in or a joint birthday: both curate the same list and keep the overview together.
For families
Grandparents or siblings help collect the kids' wishes and coordinate the gifts.
For the flatshare or team
A housewarming or a farewell: several people organize together without back-and-forth.
For best men & maids of honour
They co-manage the list, see reservations and coordinate the big group gift.
How co-managing works
You invite a co-manager to a specific list — not to your whole account. The invite goes by email; after signing in, the person can add, edit and order wishes as if it were their own list.
The trick with surprise protection: co-managers see the reservations because they organize the gifts — the recipient stays out of the loop. So you can plan as a pair without spoiling the surprise for the person celebrating.
- Invited per list — your account stays private
- Co-managers can be removed at any time
- One shared link for all guests, one curated list
Frequently asked questions
How do I invite someone to co-manage?
Open the list, go to settings and invite the person by email. They get a link, sign in or register and can then co-manage the list.
Does my co-manager see my whole account?
No. The invite applies only to that one list. Other lists and your account data stay private.
Does the surprise survive if we plan as a pair?
Yes. Co-managers see reservations because they coordinate the gifts. The recipient still doesn't see who reserved what.
Can I remove a co-manager again?
Anytime. In the list settings you can remove co-managers or withdraw pending invites.

Create a list, invite a co-manager and get going — the surprise stays intact.
